- developed calendar of events and promotions for the year
- tenant proposals and liaison
- design and print management for promotions and events
- press releases and media management and negotiation
- billboard design and implementation
- tag line and brand development over a range of mediums
- web design, development and training
- radio, press and POS advertising of centre
- development of database via promotions
- email and sms marketing to new database
The results seen after just 8 months of Masterplan implementing this winning formula include:
- significant increases in footfall on and around event dates
- local and national press coverage of shows and celebrity appearances in centre including television coverage
- a filtered database built on centre promotions and web promotions
- the start of a VIP members club for the centre
- an increased perception of Manor Mills as the community centre and meeting point in Maynooth
- measured increase in tenant satisfaction in running of events
